Job Reference: Research Manager/Coordinator

Position Summary: In this role you will provide strategic insights to our clients in the delivery of research services. We are looking for seasoned market researchers with 1+ years experience (RMs) on the side of market research. Your past experience should include managing key market research projects. You are to be conversant in english and spanish, interpretation and analysis of results building, and maintaining client relationships.

Primary Duties:

.           Delivering research design and methodological advice to our clients
.           Questionnaire design
.           Project Coordination and implementation
.           Analysis, presentation and interpretation of results
.           Preparation of reports and presentations
.           Client relationship management

Qualifications/Related Skills:

.           Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation.
.           Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.
.           Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information.
.           Excellent written & verbal communication skills in addition to well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills are necessary. 
.           Microsoft Office Proficiency
